We help people start, run and grow their businesses with simple, transparent banking and tools that reduce financial admin, so they can spend more time focusing on what matters most. We're launching Monzo Business in Spain, beginning with sole traders and micro-businesses, and this role will play a pivotal part in shaping that journey. As one of our first Spanish-speaking Customer Acquisition Specialists, you'll be based in our UK Sales team while working closely with colleagues across Spain Go-To-Market, Growth Product, Customer Operations, Risk and Compliance. You'll do far more than support customers - you'll help us learn, improve and build an exceptional experience from day one. You'll play a key role by Supporting Spanish-speaking prospective customers throughout their onboarding journey via phone and email, helping them confidently navigate Monzo Business.
