Role Overview The Head of UK Entity Management will lead and develop a well-established UK entity management function, overseeing the delivery of outsourced company secretarial and statutory compliance services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class service delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance standards, developing team capability and supporting the continued growth of the UK platform. The role requires a credible governance professional who can operate confidently with Company Secretaries, General Counsel and board-level stakeholders, while driving operational excellence internally. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the UK Entity Management function, ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery Oversee statutory compliance, Companies House filings, corporate restructures and governance frameworks for complex UK entity portfolios Act as senior point of contact for key clients, maintaining trusted relationships with CoSecs, GCs and governance leads Develop, mentor and grow a team of company secretarial professionals Drive operational efficiencies, process improvement and risk management across the function Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and evolving governance standards Collaborate with commercial teams to support client retention and new business initiatives Contribute to strategic planning and long-term growth of the UK governance platform Requirements Significant experience within UK company secretarial, governance or entity management environments Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate law, statutory compliance and governance best practice Experience managing complex multi-entity structures and listed or regulated clients Proven leadership capability, including team development and performance management Confident operating with senior legal and governance stakeholders Commercial awareness and understanding of outsourced service environments Detail-oriented with strong risk and compliance mindset Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic input
