Galderma Limited (UK)
Whether it's the unique breadth of our integrated offering that covers Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare and Therapeutic Dermatology products; or our commitment to recognizing and rewarding people for the contribution they make - working here isn't like anywhere else. At Galderma, we actively give our teams reasons to believe in our ambition to become the leading dermatology company in the world. With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact. Head of Market Access & Pricing - UK & Ireland Galderma London Therapeutic Dermatology For patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, Nemolizumab represents a meaningful treatment advance - and it has NHS reimbursement. But a positive NICE decision doesn't automatically reach patients. Formulary barriers, regional variation, prescriber awareness: these are what stand between approval and access at scale. This role is about that strategy. Galderma is looking for a Head of Market Access & Pricing to lead our UK and Ireland access agenda across the Therapeutic Dermatology portfolio. You'll work at the intersection of clinical evidence, payer relationships, and commercial strategy - and the decisions you make will have a direct bearing on patient outcomes. What the role involves: You'll lead a team of Regional Access Managers and take full ownership of access, pricing and reimbursement strategy across the UK and Ireland. The immediate priority is Nemolizumab: cementing its position following NICE positive guidance, deepening formulary uptake, strengthening relationships with NHS England, ICBs, and hospital stakeholders, and ensuring the reimbursement win translates into the commercial trajectory the product deserves. In parallel, you'll build the access foundations - stakeholder networks, commercial frameworks, evidence programs - that position Galderma's pipeline for future success. You'll also plan ahead: lifecycle strategy, evidence generation, indication expansion, and early access programs all sit within your remit. This role reports to the Global Head of Market Access and Pricing and works closely with cross-functional teams locally and internationally. It carries a high degree of strategic autonomy - the expectation is that you'll navigate complex, ambiguous challenges and shape outcomes, not wait for direction. We're looking for someone who brings: Substantial UK market access experience, with a track record in biologic or specialty medicine reimbursement Leadership experience managing market access teams in the UK pharmaceutical or biotech sector Deep knowledge of NICE processes, NHS commissioning, and the Scottish and Irish HTA and reimbursement environment Familiarity with ABPI Code of Practice Master's degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field Why Galderma: As the world's largest pure-play dermatology company, we are building something distinctive - a prescription portfolio in Therapeutic Dermatology where Nemolizumab is the flagship today, and where Galderma's ambitions in this space are still taking shape. The access foundations you build in this role will serve what comes next. The UK and Ireland are important markets, and the access leadership applied here will shape how broadly that portfolio reaches patients over the long term. If expanding patient access to medicines you believe in is the work that drives you, this is worth a conversation. Galderma is the emerging pure-play dermatology category leader, present in approximately 90 countries. We deliver an innovative, science-based portfolio of premium flagship brands and services that span the full spectrum of the fast-growing dermatology market through Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare and Therapeutic Dermatology. Since our foundation in 1981, we have dedicated our focus and passion to the human body's largest organ - the skin - meeting individual consumer and patient needs with superior outcomes in partnership with healthcare professionals. Because we understand that the skin we are in shapes our lives, we are advancing dermatology for every skin story. For more information go to
