The role of the Senior Project Manager is to provide leadership to ensure the project management activities are conducted in compliance withBovishealth, safety, and environmental policies. Responsible for providing technical, commercial, and operational support, together with production, quality, operational/site management support and managing costs whilst creating a supportive and collaborative environment, meeting client expectations and enhancing the reputation of the Bovis business. We are seeking a talented and driven Construction Manager to oversee the internal fit out phase of the iconic Manchester Town Hall project. The Construction Manager will be responsible for guiding the project towards a seamless handover, ensuring the fit out meets the highest standards and adheres to the project's design and timeline. The Construction Manager will assist pulling together logistics phase plans and support scope writing and package planning and procurement activities on the project. To take lead responsibility for the ITP and QA process and ensure that all contractors are aware of their obligations and that they are adequately complying with the Bovis systems and procedures.
