CSCS Racking Assemblers - Milton Keynes Response Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting CSCS Racking Assemblers on behalf of our client for an exciting new warehouse fit-out project in Milton Keynes . We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join the team and assist with the assembly and installation of warehouse racking within a brand-new facility. Artisan Baker -Day & Afternoon Shift Location : Watford ,Hertfordshire, Salary: £32,000 - £36,500 per annum, depending on experience. Hours : This is a 9-hour shift position, with shifts starting at: 4:00am, 8:00am, 12:00 noon 5 shifts per week, with working days scheduled across Monday to Sunday. We are looking for an experienced Artisan Baker, who will be responsible for the day-to-day production of our artisan breads, ensuring that every product meets our high standards for quality, consistency, appearance, flavour and texture. You will be involved in the complete bread-making process, from mixing and developing dough through to fermentation, shaping, proofing and baking. About you The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' professional baking experience. Whether Commercial or artisan bakery experience. Strong sourdough and fermentation skills. Experience with traditional/deck ovens. Skilled in hand-shaping artisan products Benefits £32,000 - £36,500 per annum, depending on experience. Pastry Chef / Baker - Croissants & Pastries - Morning Shift Location: Watford, Hertfordshire, Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience Hours: Full-time, 9-hour shift, 5:00am - 2:00pm About the Company We are a well-established artisan bakery with over 20 years of experience producing high-quality breads, pastries, cakes and other bakery products. We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef / Baker to join our production team at our bakery in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in croissant, laminated dough and pastry production who takes pride in producing consistently high-quality products. The Role As a Pastry Chef / Baker, your main responsibilities will include: Laminating croissant and pastry dough to a high standard. Folding, rolling and shaping croissants and a variety of morning pastries. Preparing and handling laminated doughs. Ensuring products meet the required quality, consistency and presentation standards. Working efficiently to meet daily production targets. Supporting cake production when required. Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic working environment. Following food hygiene, health and safety and company procedures. Working effectively as part of a busy bakery production team. About You The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years' experience working as a Baker or Pastry Chef. Proven experience making croissants, laminated pastries and morning pastries.
