We are seeking an experienced Finance-focused BI Developer / Analyst to deliver a dashboard and comprehensive suite of reporting tools to enhance financial visibility and performance. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract focused on transforming existing reporting into scalable, automated, and user-friendly BI dashboards. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and Data teams to deliver reporting that supports improved decision-making and a faster month-end close. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and implement BI dashboards for finance reporting Translate finance requirements into clear, scalable reporting solutions Develop dashboards to: Provide margin visibility by business line and automate month-end reporting Support reduction of month-end close from 5 days to 4 days Deliver service and KPI reporting, including: Tracking customer touchpoints over a 5-year lifecycle per machine sale Work with large datasets, improving performance beyond current Excel limitations Collaborate with: Finance team (key stakeholders), IT and Data Warehouse teams (for ongoing support and enhancements) Ensure all reporting is: Well documented, Easily maintainable and scalable Support the creation of a centralised dashboard environment for multiple users Skills & Experience Required Strong experience building BI dashboards (Power BI or similar) Proven track record delivering finance-focused reporting solutions Strong data modelling and visualisation skills Experience working with large and complex datasets Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Strong stakeholder engagement skills Desirable Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) Solid background in finance CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified is advantageous but not essential Experience working in a Group set up multi-entity reporting

This role will play a key part in transitioning from a legacy Oracle system to Oracle Fusion, working closely with finance teams to ensure a smooth and controlled implementation. You will be hands-on throughout the process, contributing to testing, controls, and financial reporting improvements.
