We are seeking an experienced Finance-focused BI Developer / Analyst to deliver a dashboard and comprehensive suite of reporting tools to enhance financial visibility and performance. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract focused on transforming existing reporting into scalable, automated, and user-friendly BI dashboards. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and Data teams to deliver reporting that supports improved decision-making and a faster month-end close. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and implement BI dashboards for finance reporting Translate finance requirements into clear, scalable reporting solutions Develop dashboards to: Provide margin visibility by business line and automate month-end reporting Support reduction of month-end close from 5 days to 4 days Deliver service and KPI reporting, including: Tracking customer touchpoints over a 5-year lifecycle per machine sale Work with large datasets, improving performance beyond current Excel limitations Collaborate with: Finance team (key stakeholders), IT and Data Warehouse teams (for ongoing support and enhancements) Ensure all reporting is: Well documented, Easily maintainable and scalable Support the creation of a centralised dashboard environment for multiple users Skills & Experience Required Strong experience building BI dashboards (Power BI or similar) Proven track record delivering finance-focused reporting solutions Strong data modelling and visualisation skills Experience working with large and complex datasets Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Strong stakeholder engagement skills Desirable Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) Solid background in finance CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified is advantageous but not essential Experience working in a Group set up multi-entity reporting

Role: Interim Finance Transformation & Project Accountant Day Rate: Competitive / Generous Rate (Outside IR35) Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid Working and Flexible Patterns The Accountancy & Finance Division at The ONE Group is working with a forward-thinking and market leading business to recruit an Interim Project Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Accountant to support a large-scale finance transformation programme. This role will play a key part in transitioning from a legacy Oracle system to Oracle Fusion, working closely with finance teams to ensure a smooth and controlled implementation. You will be hands-on throughout the process, contributing to testing, controls, and financial reporting improvements. Key Responsibilities Support and help coordinate finance transformation activity within the Financial Reporting team Work closely with senior finance stakeholders to ensure appropriate resourcing across the project Act as the subject matter expert for controls and taxation, handling queries and providing guidance Identify and escalate risks, particularly across controls and tax, with clear mitigation plans Lead IFRS 16 implementation within Oracle Fusion, from testing through to migration Support mapping and reporting from Oracle into Hyperion Financial Management Contribute to UAT testing and cut-over activities to ensure successful system transition Take a hands-on approach to testing and validation throughout the project lifecycle Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in finance transformation programmes Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Experience with UAT testing and system cut-over processes Good understanding of VAT and taxation Solid knowledge of IFRS standards, particularly IFRS 16 Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Confident working in a hands-on, delivery-focused role Desirable Background in audit or financial controls Experience working across multiple transformation workstreams Experience with HFM reporting and data mapping If you are keen to be part of an exciting transformation at a pivotal stage, I would recommend applying as soon as possible to ensure you are considered. I'm exclusively partnering with a growing, project-led organisation in St Ives (Cambridgeshire) to recruit a Financial Accountant on a 12-month FTC. This is a financial accounting role with a difference! Combining strong technical delivery with real commercial exposure and business partnering. You'll work closely with senior leaders and partner with commercial and project teams, playing a key role in driving financial insight and supporting business performance.
