She has since become a mother of 2 girls and specializes in dance fitness / family content creation. Job Overview As a Community Manager Intern, you will be responsible for managing the online presence and engagement of our French Strictly Come Dancing Pro. You will work closely with the Pro to develop and implement strategies to increase her profile's online following and engagement in the UK. Key Responsibilities Manage the social media accounts of the French Strictly Come Dancing Pro, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Create and schedule engaging content for the Pro's social media platforms, including behind the scenes footage, interviews, and promotional material. Develop and implement strategies to increase the Pro's online following and engagement in the UK. Collaborate with Emmanuelle to create and execute social media campaigns to promote the Pro and her new dance fitness programs. Come to Bath once or twice a month to shoot and create content. Monitor social media trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve the Pro's online presence. Assist with the management of the Pro's website and blog, including creating and updating content. Analyze and report on social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Requirements Fluent in English (written and spoken); French would be a great plus. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Social Media. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with online communities. Creative mindset with the ability to come up with innovative ideas for social media content. Passion for dance, fitness and children. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
