Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, coach and develop multi-disciplinary teams across different locations. Strong commercial acumen, including budget management, cost control, supplier negotiation and the ability to demonstrate value for money. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and operational teams. Strong knowledge of health, safety, statutory and regulatory compliance requirements within UK and European facilities and operational environments. Ability to operate strategically while remaining close to operational detail and day-to-day service delivery. Experience leading change, implementing new processes and driving continuous improvement across building services and facilities operations. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams across a busy estate. Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce reports, business cases and senior-level updates. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach. Good IT capability, including Microsoft Office and facilities management systems. Relevant professional qualification or membership, such as IWFM, NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent, would be advantageous.
