Our client specialises in key construction projects such as new build hotel and leisure, commercial, industrial, health and education. For this role it is vital you have been a Site Foreman with FIT OUT experience. You will report to the Site Manager on a daily basis. This role is up to 6 months work to start ASAP Previous experience: It is vital that you have been involved with large fit out projects in excess of £10m from a Finishings perspective. It is essential that you come from an internal trades background. SMSTS preferred. CSCS essential Key responsibilities: Overall supervision of all internal finishings. . Manage sub contactors to prioritise work Liaising with sub-contractors Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance throughout the Site.
