We're creating a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and hydrogen projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers. But we're not stopping there. We're also building the Energy Network: a decentralised platform of smart devices that rewards users in Energy Dollars for electrifying their homes, shifting usage to off-peak hours, and helping balance the grid. This network strengthens grid stability - a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries. Purpose: As a key member of the Development team, the Business Developer will be responsible for: Identifying, analyzing, and securing new renewables energy prospects, including BESS, wind, rooftop, carport, and ground-mounted installations. Managing the local commercial network to facilitate site acquisitions and project development. Collaborating with the Finance, GIS, and engineering teams to assess feasibility and optimize project design. Overseeing the permitting process for solar projects from inception through to construction readiness, ensuring compliance with regulatory and grid connection requirements. Engaging with the finance department and your clients to structure Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and other financial models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and business development within the renewables sector, with a proven track record of identifying and securing projects across the UK.
