Distribution & Circulation Oversee the global distribution strategy for VOL Magazine across luxury hotels, private clubs, premium lounges, boutiques, yachts, airlines, residences, and selected retail partners. Establish strategic distribution partnerships that enhance brand prestige and visibility among ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWIs), corporate executives, and luxury travellers. Monitor and analyse circulation, readership, engagement, and distribution performance to optimise reach and effectiveness. Develop co branded distribution opportunities through exclusive events, luxury gifting initiatives, and strategic collaborations. VOL Online Shop - Commercial Growth Lead the commercial expansion of the VOL Online Shop, focusing on curated luxury products, exclusive collaborations, limited edition collections, and premium brand partnerships. Identify and negotiate partnerships with luxury brands, designers, artisans, and manufacturers to develop unique retail offerings. Oversee pricing strategy, merchandising, promotions, and commercial performance while ensuring consistency with VOL's luxury positioning. Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to integrate commerce seamlessly into the overall content and customer experience. L'Odyssee Membership & Card Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the L'Odyssee Membership & Card programme. Drive membership acquisition through direct sales, strategic partnerships, referral programmes, luxury events, and corporate relationships. Collaborate with marketing and Insignia's concierge teams to develop tailored membership packages, exclusive benefits, and loyalty initiatives. Create incentive programmes, partnership campaigns, and member engagement strategies to maximise acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Represent L'Odyssee at prestigious international events, exhibitions, forums, and networking opportunities to attract new members and strategic partners. Commercial Strategy & Leadership Develop and deliver annual revenue targets across advertising, sponsorship, e commerce, membership sales, and strategic partnerships.
