SQL Server DBA (Contract) Location: UK (Remote) Contract: Short-term Outside IR35 Drop Table are looking for a hands-on SQL Server DBA to support a short-term engagement, focused on maintaining and optimising production database environments. Key responsibilities: Day-to-day administration of Microsoft SQL Server environments Monitoring performance, identifying issues, and implementing improvements Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery management Troubleshooting incidents and ensuring system stability Supporting patching, upgrades, and general database maintenance Working closely with infrastructure and application teams Requirements: Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server in production environments Proven ability in performance tuning and optimisation Solid troubleshooting and incident resolution skills Experience with backup/recovery and high availability setups Able to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment This is a contract role, remote working and outside IR35.

The Opportunity We're hiring a Head of Sales to build and lead our revenue function across consultancy and SaaS. This is a hands-on leadership role, you'll define strategy, generate pipeline, close enterprise deals, and build the future sales team from the ground up.
