Front of House / Hospitality Team Member Family-Owned Village Gastro Pub with Bed & Breakfast Rooms We are a welcoming, family-run village gastro pub with nine charming bed and breakfast rooms, known for our warm atmosphere, quality food, and excellent guest experience. We are looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our hospitality team. What we offer: A supportive and friendly working environment A varied and engaging role across food service, bar, B&B, and guest care The opportunity to work in a well-loved local establishment Role responsibilities: Delivering excellent customer service to both pub, restaurant and B&B guests Supporting breakfast, lunch, and dinner service Assisting with guest check-ins and general front-of-house duties Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation Working hours: Shifts are varied and will include: Breakfast and lunch shifts Split shifts (lunch and dinner service) Occasional long days Evenings and weekends (essential) You will typically receive two days off per week. About you: Friendly, positive, and hard-working Flexible and able to work a range of shifts A strong team player with good communication skills Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not essential If you enjoy working in a busy, customer-focused environment and want to be part of a close-knit team, we would love to hear from you.
