We've built a strong reputation and secured relationships with major clients, but there's still huge untapped potential. Your job is to go out and win it. This is a pure new business role . No distractions. No account management. No waiting around. What You'll Be Doing High-volume outbound calls to key decision-makers Opening, developing, and closing new client relationships Generating live vacancies across multiple sectors Re-engaging lapsed clients and turning them back on Creating momentum where there currently isn't any Focusing only on activity that drives revenue Building your personal brand as a go-to expert in your market What This Role Is Not Resourcing Admin-heavy Account management in disguise Sitting back and waiting for leads If you don't enjoy picking up the phone and making things happen, this isn't for you.
