We re currently looking for an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner to join a well-established and busy personal injury team. This is a great opportunity for someone confident managing their own caseload of RTA pre and post-litigated fast track claims , who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering strong outcomes for clients. The role: You ll take ownership of a high-volume caseload, progressing files from instruction through to settlement or litigation. You ll be handling a mix of liability, quantum, and negotiation work, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with CPR.
