We're looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day transport operations. This is a key leadership role where you'll ensure safe, compliant, and efficient services while driving performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Act as Transport Manager, ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance Oversee daily bus and coach operations, maintaining high standards of reliability and service Manage operational performance across contracts and identify improvement opportunities Lead, develop, and support operational teams to deliver strong results Build effective relationships with stakeholders, customers, and union representatives Monitor performance, manage budgets, and drive efficiencies Ensure compliance with health & safety, driver hours, and company policies About You You will be a confident, proactive leader with strong operational experience and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
