I am currently working with a client who is on the lookout for an interim to come onboard for an initial 6 month period. Work may change but currently, the condition surveys have already been completed so they are on the lookout for someone to help put the projects out to tender, sort activity schedules, planning applications, liaise with the Building Control team and undertake drawings on AutoCAD. (You do not need to be an expert on AutoCAD) Interviews will be taking place this week, with a view to someone starting next week or the week after.
