Full Stack .NET Developer (C#, ASP.NET Core) Oxfordshire / Hybrid (1 day per week in office) Easily commutable from Oxford, Milton Keynes, Birmingham and London (direct rail) £40,000 to £50,000 plus great benefits. How often do you get to rewrite a whole product? A growing software house is rebuilding its core system from the ground up in modern .NET, replacing a decades-old platform that is being phased out over the next few years, and this role sits right in the middle of that work. You will be building the new product in C# and ASP.NET Core: real greenfield code on one side, a live system with real users on the other, and the job of moving one to the other well. You will report to a Senior Developer who reviews your work and invests in your growth, inside a close-knit production team where the newest voice in the room can still change how something gets built. The wider company is expanding fast: five technical hires this year, with brand new testing and project management functions on the way. You will need commercial C# and ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and front-end ability across HTML, CSS and JavaScript including jQuery, plus a tidy, test-aware approach to your own code and the confidence to speak with customers when support needs a developer's brain. REST APIs, Azure DevOps, DevExtreme, database design principles and automated testing are all a plus rather than essential.

Senior .NET Developer (C#, ASP.NET Core) Oxfordshire / Hybrid (1 day per week in office) Easily commutable from Oxford, Milton Keynes, Birmingham and London (direct rail) £55,000 to £65,000 plus great benefits A growing software house is hiring a Senior Developer to take ownership of an established platform that runs the daily operations of several independent businesses within a larger group. More businesses are moving onto the system over the next couple of years, so both the platform and this role get bigger with time. This is a role with real ownership. You will lead the relationship with the businesses using the system, work out what they need next, and develop the platform to deliver it. A full stack developer reports to you, so you will be reviewing their work and shaping how they grow, while staying hands-on in the code yourself every day. The company is in a proper growth phase: five hires this year across development and infrastructure, with new testing and project management functions being built out too. You will be an experienced C# developer who has led or managed at least one developer before and who enjoys talking to the people who actually use what you build. You will need strong commercial C# with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework, depth in SQL Server including schema design and query tuning, working front-end skills across HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery, REST API experience and disciplined Git habits within an agile team. Domain driven design, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, very large datasets and BI integrations are all a plus rather than essential.

AI & Automation Specialist (Microsoft 365 / Copilot) Warwickshire, office based. Easily commutable from Coventry, Leicester, Northampton, Leamington Spa and east Birmingham Up to £50,000 plus benefits How often do you get to build a company's AI capability from the ground up, with the licences already bought and the leadership already sold on it? This is a hands-on role with an established engineering group operating from multiple sites across the UK and mainland Europe. The IT team have made a start with Copilot and the wider Microsoft 365 stack, and now want a specialist to take it on and own it: you'd set the direction, build the solutions and be the name everyone in the business associates with AI. An internal AI policy is close to sign-off, so the governance groundwork is being done for you. There's a pipeline of work waiting rather than a blank page. Early projects include a Copilot-driven portal that lets staff pull answers out of SharePoint instead of hunting for them, document AI to replace a print-and-scan invoicing process in finance, and a major data analytics project at one of the European sites that was heading to an outside consultancy until the business decided to hire this role instead. You'd also design the training material and run sessions with users across the organisation, so you need to enjoy the people side as much as the build side. You'll have used AI and automation in a business setting rather than just at home: building agents, chatbots or automations on the Microsoft stack, working with SharePoint and Power Platform, and helping colleagues adopt what you've built. A full driving licence is needed as you'll visit other sites, with occasional European travel. Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power BI and Microsoft certifications are all a plus rather than essential.

ERP Support Analyst / Systems Administrator (NAV & Business Central) - 12 Month FTC Fully remote (UK based) Hours: 12 noon to 8pm UK, supporting teams in the US Up to £55,000 plus benefits 12-month fixed-term contract Your NAV experience is the reason to hire you here, not a legacy line on your CV. This is a global engineering group whose companies across Europe and the Americas run day to day on Dynamics NAV, with a funded move onto Business Central SaaS underway over the next year. They need someone to keep a mature NAV estate healthy for users worldwide while the new platform lands, then carry those users into BC. It is a support seat first. You would be the person users come to when postings go wrong or processes stall: incidents, requests, data fixes, permissions and configuration across finance, warehousing, manufacturing and distribution, plus testing and training as the migration progresses. You would sit within a global ERP team and work alongside an implementation partner, so the project is shared rather than yours alone to carry. The role is fully remote from the UK. A large slice of the user base is in the Americas, so the working day runs midday to 8pm UK time: your mornings are your own and there is no commute at either end. Not many roles pay you to see a NAV estate through its final year and put a global Business Central SaaS cutover on your CV at the same time. You will need a background in hands-on ERP user support with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and enough Business Central to be credible on the new side. If your NAV goes back to the NAV 2009 classic client era, that vintage is exactly what the first year needs. ITIL, supplier management experience, and a second European language such as Polish, German, Spanish or Portuguese are all a plus rather than essential.

This is a brand-new role for the business and offers a fantastic opportunity to shape how cloud infrastructure is managed. This is a broad infrastructure role focused around Azure, Microsoft 365 and cloud-first environments, supporting both internal systems and customer-facing infrastructure. It would suit someone who enjoys variety, likes ownership and wants to work across modern Microsoft technologies rather than sitting purely in support. You'll be involved in everything from Azure configuration and cloud infrastructure management through to Intune, device compliance, networking, VPNs and internal IT support. You will work on a substantial estate of mission-critical COBOL applications running the business day to day, alongside an active programme of enhancements, regulatory updates and performance work. You will work in a small, Agile development team but take the lead on the COBOL work. The role is hands-on, mixing new development, BAU enhancement, production support and code archaeology across the legacy estate.
