Overview Job Title: Sports Coach Company: All Kids Can Ltd Location: Various sites across South East London, Bexley and surrounding areas. Salary: Start at £20,000 or £12.00 per hour depending on age and experience. Contract Type: Part time, sessional, or full time available Start Date: Flexible Main responsibilities Deliver after school sports clubs for primary aged children Devise and organise sessions relevant to the attending children Liaise with school and parents regarding the programme delivery Maintain positive relationships with schools, parents and children Implement and uphold appropriate Safeguarding, Health and Safety and all other relevant policies associated to the company and delivery Support wraparound care programmes in mainstream school settings Engage children through structured play, creative activities and PE Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role Who we are looking for Strong communication and relationship skills Individuals who are highly motivated, enthusiastic and professional with a passion for sports coaching Empathy, patience and resilience Flexible to work across different sites and settings Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice Confident communicating with children, parents and carers, schools and local authorities Experience with children or young people in coaching, education, youth work or care Sports coaching or creative activity delivery Relevant qualifications in education, sports coaching, youth work or childcare (or willingness to train) Experience supporting children with SEND Knowledge of trauma informed or therapeutic approaches Full and clean driving licence What we offer Full training and ongoing CPD Apprenticeship pathway option to gain coaching or childcare qualifications Gain additional experience and qualifications Work alongside experienced sports coaches for CPD Young and dynamic team and working environment Supportive team culture with regular supervision The chance to make a real difference across varied provisions Interview Process Stage 1: Successful applicants will be contacted for a screening interview Stage 2: In person interview with at least two members of the AllKidsCan Team. Relevant checks and references will be collected.
