Progressive are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of planned works across the United Utilities region as part of the AMP8 investment cycle. Job Purpose The Project Manager will support the delivery of planned work across the UU region and develop key relationships with UU operational personnel, supply chain partners and wider Enterprise Partners. The role requires experience across both design and delivery of water projects, with accountability for either: - one major project, or a portfolio of smaller projects. Knowledge, Skills & Experience - Previous experience managing multidisciplinary projects including Civils and MEICA (preferably within the water sector). - Strong track record delivering project programmes. - Knowledge and understanding of construction contract law and standard forms of contract (via experience and formal training). - Ability to build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, internal teams, supply chain and framework partners. - Strong computer competence: MS Word, Excel, document control systems, Primavera. - Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. - Relevant CSCS card.
