Ensure that all Health and Safety legislation and regulations are adhered to by the site teams. Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the project's quality plan and inspection and test plans. To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment. To coach and mentor Electricians, Electrical Improvers/Mates and Apprentices. Promote and demonstrate the Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients. Promote positive health and wellbeing amongst peers. To act in a professional manner and be an ambassador for Bridges, supporting the business goals and maintaining the company's positive reputation. Requirements Essential: Experience in managing M&E sites. Experience in a civil / utilities environment. Gold Card CSCS SMSTS Appropriate trade certificate/qualification. Senior Project Quality Engineer Contract: 6 Months Initially Start: ASAP The Opportunity A new manufacturing facility is being established to support the growth of a high-integrity engineering business.
