Job Description - GB Bus Administration Fleet Operations Supervisor (260000CN) Job Description GB Bus Administration Fleet Operations Supervisor Plan, coordinate and execute the activities of the fleet relative to production of the showrooms and warehouses, maintenances, drivers, customers etc Track movements of all the fleet per set plans, transport model, distribution pickup lists & cars sales order. Plan and monitor all cost controlling activities related to financial analysis, maintenance costs, Manpower costs (Salaries, Trip Bonus, Allowances), all transport related activities. Plan and monitor the fleet maintenances, periodical maintenance plan for the fleet. Supervise and evaluate all the staff per each position KPI's, hiring / firing and training. Ensure the compliance of the BU to the governmental regulations and road safety standards. Review and revise cash expenditures and balances. Plan appropriate petty cash. Perform all job duties in a safe manner using the proper PPE and being a proactive safety role model with co-workers. Correcting and report unsafe behaviors or equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Ensure cleanliness within the work environment. Qualifications University graduate 5 - 10 years of experience MS Office - Internet English Language both reading and writing
