Job Title: EUC Engineer Location: Leicester (5 days a week on site) About the Role: My client is seeking a skilled and proactive EUC Engineer to join their team, providing second-line IT support and ensuring our technology meets the ever-expanding needs of our business. Your expertise in the deployed technology will be critical in resolving hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, mobile phones, and desktop telephony, all within agreed KPIs/SLAs. Key Responsibilities: Incident Resolution (50%) : Resolve all tickets and incidents within agreed SLAs and Customer Service targets, focusing on root causes to minimise outages.
