Purpose of the Role: You will be the rhythm-keeper of the Hub - coordinating the weekly programme so that every pillar is active, aligned, and delivering real outcomes for citizens. Key Tasks: Coordinate and communicate the weekly programme schedule across the team. Ensure all Hub pillars (employment, wellbeing, community) have active delivery each week. Keep activity aligned to intended outcomes and flag any gaps early. Support and brief team members and volunteers ahead of each week's sessions. Skills & Qualities: Strong organiser with a feel for people and priorities. Confident communicating clearly across a mixed team. Previous coordination, project management or community leadership experience helpful. Time Commitment: 3-4 hours per week including a weekly team check in. Work closely with the Hub's founding team and shape its direction.

Key Tasks: Welcome citizens warmly and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive. Prepare hot and cold drinks to order - barista training provided. Keep the café area clean, stocked and inviting throughout the day. Notice if someone seems unsure or overwhelmed, and gently point them in the right direction. Support the team with light refreshment prep for events. Skills & Qualities: Warm and approachable with a genuine interest in people. Comfortable being on your feet for a session. An eye for when someone might need a little extra care. No barista experience needed - full training provided. Time Commitment: One day per week, 10am-4pm (flexible). St Neots Initiative is seeking volunteers to support the delivery of workshops, courses, and community events in St. Neots. Responsibilities include event setup, attendee registration, and promoting events through social media. Volunteers will receive full induction and training with opportunities to develop new skills while being part of a supportive team committed to making a positive change.

Do you have great organisational skills and attention to detail? Then we need you! St Neots Initiative leases Information Boards around St Neots town centre. This volunteer role will manage and maintain the Information Boards, taking responsibility for the boards being up-to-date and professionally presented. These boards are vital for both tourists and locals, plus they generate a valuable income for SNI. Location: St Neots Commitment: Flexible shifts throughout May 2026 Type: Volunteer (expenses covered) About the Project The St Neots 360 Listening Campaign is a town wide social action project engaging over 100 volunteers to speak with residents across every neighbourhood in St Neots. Through three simple questions, the campaign will capture what people love about the town, what could be better and what they want for the future. This insight will feed directly into a live "Town as a Lab" experience at the St Neots Future Forum, helping to shape a shared view of the town's future. The Role As a Volunteer Listener, you will take part in walkabouts across the town, speaking with residents and capturing their responses. You will be working as part of a small team, supported by a Listening Leader, and contributing directly to one of the largest community listening exercises the town has undertaken. Key Responsibilities Take part in door to door conversations with residents Ask three simple questions and listen carefully to responses Record answers using a mobile friendly digital form Represent the campaign in a friendly and respectful way Work as part of a team and follow guidance from your Listening Leader Help create a positive experience for residents and volunteers alike What We Are Looking For Friendly and approachable manner Good listening skills Comfortable speaking to people in the community Reliable and willing to take part in scheduled shifts Interest in contributing to something meaningful locally No previous experience is required.
