Support Worker - Veterans & Complex Needs Honiton & Exeter £15.34 Per Hour 30 Hours Per Week Temporary until End of October 2026 Pertemps is currently recruiting for a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join our client on a temporary basis until the end of October 2026. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference by supporting veterans and individuals who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless across the Honiton and Exeter area. Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you'll manage a small caseload of around 5-8 customers, allowing you the time to deliver personalised, high-quality support that empowers individuals to achieve greater independence. The RoleAs a Support Worker, you will: Provide person-centred, solution-focused support to individuals with complex needs. Develop, review and update support plans and risk assessments. Work closely with external agencies, including mental health services, substance misuse teams, benefits services, landlords and education providers.
