Ensure full compliance with transport legislation, company policies and health & safety requirements. Work closely with warehouse, planning and wider operational teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels. Manage vehicle maintenance, repairs and external transport suppliers, minimising downtime and controlling costs. Investigate service failures, delivery discrepancies and operational issues, putting effective corrective actions in place. Drive improvements across the operation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer service and cost performance. About You We are looking for an experienced Transport Manager with a strong operational background and proven leadership experience.
