The post is initially for the summer term but could be extended in to the 2026/27 Academic year. We are welcoming applications from ECTs and experienced teachers. Your New Role: You will be working a in a large single form entry primary school in Wigan alongside an experience teaching and support team who work hard to create an environment where all children can achieve their goals. As a year 5/6 class teacher you will have full teaching responsibilities which will include: Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional well-being and academic progress. Support children preparing for KS2 SATs Work collaboratively with experienced TA's and the wider school team to ensure consistent support for pupils.
