We are seeking multiple dedicated Production Operators to join our food manufacturing team to work Monday-Friday 6am - 3pm or 2pm - 10pm shift. You must be able to work independently, taking responsibility for the quality of your output whilst supporting the wider team. Please note this is a role that requires lifting and standing for extended periods. Midweek Hours available: Working hours are 6am - 3pm OR 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday (42.5hours per week paid) Mid week rates of pay are £13.00 per hour starting rate Production and Packaging Operative Qualifications: Previous experience or knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is desirable Must have a basic understanding of food production processes and machinery operation. Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Good numeracy skills for recording data accurately and performing basic calculations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy manufacturing environment. Cleaner General Responsible for maintaining cleanliness across clean rooms and wider site areas, ensuring all hygiene and safety standards are consistently met. 2. Reporting any damaged equipment and facilities to your line manager Requirements • Previous experience cleaning in commercial environments such as factories, hotels or pubs. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. • Ability to work independently and proactively improve cleanliness day to day. • Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures. • Conscientious, reliable and able to work as part of the production team.
