The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of the ERP programme and smooth adoption by end users. This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel to a site in Southeast of England (approximately 2-3 days per week initially), with additional international travel expected as the solution is deployed globally. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the business. Lead the migration of legacy data, ensuring data is cleansed, validated, and accurately transferred prior to go-live. Work with project teams to map data fields and business processes from legacy systems into the new ERP environment. Configure Business Central modules and reporting solutions aligned to approved business requirements. Create and execute test scripts within Azure DevOps and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate with business stakeholders and super users to support knowledge transfer and user adoption. Develop and support delivery of training materials and end-user training sessions. Support go-live activities including data loading, issue resolution, and transition support. Provide post-implementation support to users, ensuring smooth day-to-day system operation. Assist with ongoing Business Central administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues as they arise. Support broader ERP and business transformation initiatives as required. Skills & Experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including modules such as: Purchasing Warehousing Inventory Management Finance Sales Proven experience supporting ERP implementations and business process analysis. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against project timelines. Experience with Azure DevOps and structured testing methodologies is desirable. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous.
