Marketing Manager My client, a prestigious establishment within the education sector based near TW8, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as Marketing Manager. In this busy and varied role, you will develop and deliver strategic marketing campaigns, oversee digital marketing and print and coordinate content creation, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels. The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of £40-50k, dependent on experience, as well as access to a benefits package and professional development. The Role Line manage the Marketing and CRM Executive and report directly into the MD, working alongside the Visual Content Designer and Student Recruitment Teams Develop and deliver annual marketing plans for assigned establishments Lead content planning for websites, newsletters and social channels, gathering stories across the establishment to produce engaging content Develop campaign briefs for events and paid campaigns Own and develop website content Coordinate and lead marketing support before, during and after events, ensuring photography and video are captured The Ideal Candidate A strong working knowledge of Marketing within the education sector Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent digital marketing knowledge, including social media, website content and analytics A creative eye, and ability to design and lead on marketing materials Experience of using content management systems and digital marketing tools The Benefits The successful candidate will join a friendly and welcoming team at a successful and prestigious institution. HR Officer (Maternity Cover) Our client, a prestigious establishment based near Oxford City Centre, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an HR Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable and prestigious establishment, and you will be providing generalist HR support across the organisation. The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of between £35-41.6k alongside a generous benefits package. This is a full-time role however the client is happy to consider part-time too. This is a maternity cover position, with flexibility on length (up to 12months) dependent on the candidate and potential for extension. The Role Providing advice and guidance on all aspects of employment, recruitment and performance management Managing recruitment processes end-to-end, including placing adverts, conducting and arranging interviews and managing the on-boarding process Preparing the monthly Payroll alongside the Finance team Ensuring all Visa applications and renewals are conducted inline with regulations Maintaining electronic and hard copy personnel files Any other ad-hoc HR related tasks The Ideal Candidate Experience of managing HR processes in a similar role Experience of managing recruitment end-to-end, from advertisement, vetting and on-boarding Excellent written and verbal communication Attention to detail CIPD LV5 is desirable but not essential The Benefits The successful candidate will join a friendly and welcoming team at a highly prestigious establishment.
