We are seeking a new member to join our CNC department, focusing on operating a CNC machine and assisting with sales. Responsibilities: - Manufacture products according to company procedures and systems. - Unload components from the CNC lasers, ensuring that all parts are identified, labeled, and palletized in compliance with company standards. - Ensure the quality of products meets the required standards and complete documentation accurately. - Utilize your time effectively to ensure efficient machine capacity. - Cooperate effectively with the team and demonstrate flexibility through overtime and shift work as needed. - Collect materials from storage racks and record their usage when appropriate. - Identify and report any noticeable defects in plant or equipment. - Support equipment maintenance and maintain a clean and safe working environment. - Adhere to health and safety legislation and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Desired Candidate Qualities: - Good timekeeping and attendance. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Strong task prioritization skills. - Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. - Proactive with a positive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to read engineering drawings. - Knowledge of Press Brake machines is preferred but not essential.

We currently have openings for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our design and production team. Candidates will be responsible for various aspects of the sign-making process, ranging from design work to the manufacturing of different types of signage. While previous experience in the sign industry is preferred, candidates with basic knowledge of computer design (e.g., using Photoshop) will receive training in the other areas. This role encompasses a wide range of tasks, including: - Fabrication, assembly, and installation of vinyl signage components according to design specifications. - Meeting with customers to understand and fulfill their design requirements, as well as working with designs submitted by customers. - Operating and maintaining large format printers and understanding the printing process. - Using hand and power tools to safely trim, shape, and apply vinyl to various surfaces. - Assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of vinyl, raw materials, and finished signs. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring proper care of tools and equipment. We are looking for someone who can work well in a team to produce high-quality signage and is eager to learn and develop their skills in the sign-making industry.
