We are seeking a Property & Asset Management Surveyor to support the Director and Senior Surveyor in managing a mixed commercial and residential portfolio. The role focuses on lettings, lease events and day to day property operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Letting of vacant commercial units, liaising with agents, conducting viewings and assisting with heads of terms. Supporting rent reviews, lease renewals and re gears, including research and documentation. Preparing service charge budgets, tracking expenditure and ensuring transparency with tenants. Instructing tradespeople, overseeing repairs and maintaining buildings and communal areas. Carrying out regular site inspections across North London, Hertfordshire and Essex. ABOUT YOU MRICS/AssocRICS preferred with experience in lettings, lease events and service charge management. Strong communication, organisation and IT skills essential.
