You will manage projects from concept through to successful factory launch, ensuring products meet customer, technical, and commercial requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end NPD projects across bakery categories Translate customer briefs into scalable, cost-effective recipes aligned with factory capability. Manage kitchen trials, factory trials, scale-up, and product launches. Ensure all specifications, nutritional data, allergen information, and pack copy meet retailer and UK legal standards. Work cross-functionally with Technical, Production, Procurement, and Commercial teams. Support continuous improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.
