We re looking for a hands-on leader who can drive service standards, develop teams, and oversee daily restaurant operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Team Management Lead, develop, and support the front-of-house team. Customer Experience Ensure exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Financial Management Oversee budgets, gross profit margins, wages, and purchasing.
