Role Overview The Repairs Scheduler / Planner will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for handling repair requests and ensuring enquiries are managed efficiently, professionally, and with care. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. This is a full-time, permanent position. Monday to Friday. 9am - 5pm. Key Responsibilities Log, prioritise, and assign repair requests to the appropriate teams. Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. Coordinate and manage operative schedules. Escalate urgent or priority issues as required. Route incoming calls to relevant team members. Follow up with customers to ensure queries and issues are resolved. Ideal Candidate Confident using Word, Excel, and general office systems. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment Excellent communication and listening skills. Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Glass Printing - Print large detail on to glass prior to going in the furnace. This position requires the production of glass products produced to a high standard, the ability to learn and understand and work to the required quality standard. You will be trained to read/understand the Engineering drawings highlighting the product requirements. Must be able to lift and manipulate the glass pieces during the assembly process, mechanised lifting is available for heavier pieces. All required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
