The firm has secured pre-seed funding with a world-leading investor and the leadership team have a proven track record in raising capital and growing successful businesses. They operate a hybrid working model where you will be able to split your time between home and the office in the City. Equity is on offer (initially focused on UK-based options) for the successful individual. This is a broad role where you'll be able to design and shape the rules and policies which underpin our underwriting. You'll work hand-in-hand with product and engineering to ensure the best onboarding and underwriting experience through a build and partner approach. In addition, you will support the CEO with financial modelling and own the risk and loan portfolio modelling alongside working with third parties where required (e.g. debt funders and consultancy support). In due course, you will also be recruiting the first team members into your team.
