In addition, you'll drive the development, implementation and embedding of the Compliance & Conduct Risk framework and Annual Compliance & Conduct Plan in line with regulatory requirements and proportionate to business operations. Qualifications You'll be an experienced Compliance specialist within the general insurance arena with a strong understanding of Consumer Duty as well as other relevant regulatory compliance (ICOBS, PROD, SYSC, DISP etc.). The platform aims to shake up the market by prioritising customer experience and fixing costs.
