The Role We're looking for a Partner Support to be the front line for our customers, the person advisers reach out to when they need help, and the reason they trust Saturn to deliver. This is a hands on, customer facing role. You'll handle inbound support queries, help firms get the most out of Saturn's platform, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with Product Operations and Engineering. This role is a launchpad.
