The Director will oversee our EOR, Embedded & AI products. This role blends product leadership with strong commercial and marketing accountability - ensuring we build the right products and bring them successfully to market. Strong commercial judgement with the ability to model ROI, evaluate value creation, and make data-led decisions. Experience shaping pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence at all levels. Knowledge of HR tech, payroll, EOR/global employment, managed services, workforce management, or AI-enabled products is valuable.
