We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Deputy manager to assist with the running of our busy setting in Framlingham. We are a small family run business with 6 settings that follow The Curiosity Approach. This is an amazing opportunity to join our experienced and dedicated team, working in a caring, family friendly and stimulating environment where the children are able to explore and use their curious minds through play. Our children participate each week in Forest School and Beach School. Key skills and Experience At least a relevant level 3 qualification or above At least 2 years experience in Early Years Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Be able to coach, mentor and be an inspirational role model to all staff and children and their families Ability to prioritise workload Work with outside agencies A positive approach to professional development We are committed to safeguarding and the welfare of all the children and we expect all our staff and volunteers to follow and share our commitment in this area. We will provide a DBS check prior to starting with us if you are not signed up on the Update service.
