As part of our ongoing commitment to enterprise-grade security and resilience, we are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to enhance our infrastructure and cloud security posture across both on-premise and cloud environments. What You ll Do Design, implement, and maintain robust network security solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. Manage, configure, and optimise firewall infrastructure, preferably FortiGate. Oversee and maintain VPN infrastructure and secure remote access solutions. Configure and manage FortiSASE to enable secure remote connectivity and cloud-delivered security services. Integrate and manage CDN and WAF platforms including Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, and Akamai. Collaborate closely with IT Operations and DevOps teams to ensure secure network architecture and deployment practices. Monitor, investigate, and respond to network-related security incidents and alerts. Conduct vulnerability assessments and security reviews, recommending and implementing remediation strategies. Maintain documentation of network security configurations, processes, and incident responses. Support continuous improvement of network security standards, policies, and controls in line with organisational and regulatory requirements. What You Bring 3 5 years of hands-on experience in network security engineering. Strong understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies. Proven experience managing FortiGate firewalls and FortiSASE solutions. Familiarity with CDN and WAF platforms such as Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, and Akamai. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure, including their networking and security components. Practical experience in vulnerability management and security incident response. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills within complex infrastructure environments. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with DevOps and infrastructure teams. As part of our continued infrastructure expansion, we are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to strengthen our cloud architecture, automation capabilities, and production reliability across blockchain and trading systems. What You ll Do Maintain and implement Windows and Linux-based IT infrastructure environments. Provide technical support and system administration across cloud platforms to meet defined service level objectives. Execute and maintain data backup and recovery strategies, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity frameworks for core systems. Implement and track cloud security remediations in coordination with the cybersecurity team. Develop and facilitate cloud operation automation to improve system reliability and deployment efficiency. Perform operational tasks including health checks, capacity monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue escalation in line with company SOPs. Configure, document, optimise, and support DevOps infrastructure components. Build and maintain automated deployments using configuration management technologies. Support and maintain Production, Staging, and Development environments. Participate in shift rotations including weekends and public holidays, with flexibility for on-request operational coverage. What You Bring Bachelor s or postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Hands-on experience across virtualisation, servers, storage, and networking infrastructure. Proven experience setting up and managing Windows Server and Linux environments (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), including network configuration and RPM packaging. Experience supporting Blockchain and Web3 infrastructure environments. Strong familiarity with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience managing infrastructure as code using tools such as Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent. Experience working within modern CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bamboo, ArgoCD, or similar. Extensive hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ElasticSearch and Datadog. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Excellent team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment. Proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is mandatory. Why BTCC?
