RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATOR JOB TYPES : PART-TIME, PERMANENT RESPONSIBLE TO : PRACTICE MANAGER We are a small private medical clinic looking for a new member to join our team. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, ICT and ready for a new challenge. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES General administration duties, including answering the phone and booking appointments Meet and greet all patients and visitors to the facility in a welcoming and friendly manner Deal with all telephone enquiries and follow up as required Maintain all patient records, results, correspondence and log all communications Preparing and setting up clinics Cover for and assist other staff members Complete any other duties as assigned by the Management Team Be willing to undertake further additional or specific training as directed by the Management Team DESIRABLE Audio typing and/or medical secretary qualifications will be considered as an advantage. EXPERIENCE At least 1 years recent experience in an administration role, experience in a healthcare facility, an advantage. Minimum of 4 GCSE's PERSONAL QUALITIES Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, team worker with a collaborative approach, well organised and excellent timekeeper, ability to use own initiative, motivated, understanding of accountability, enthusiastic and committed.
