My client is a leading Investment Management & Financial Planning firm based in Harrogate, providing sound Financial Advice and Wealth Management including Investments, Pensions, Retirement Planning. We are urgently seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join the existing team providing 9 months Maternity cover. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to a team of Financial Planners / Advisers. Specifically you will: Be the point of contact for company, client and third-party queries when dealing with new and existing business. Keep all notes on the back-office system up to date, enabling advisers and other team members to appraise themselves of the current situation as required. Process, and follow through to completion, the setting up of new investments and policies for clients, which include Pension and SIPP contracts, Investment and Protection policies for Personal and Business clients. Process online fund switches and manage through to completion. Maintain the back-office system; adding new clients and maintaining the portfolio content, including contributions and withdrawals plus other ad hoc details as required. Utilise the client management system to accurately process new and existing business, including (monthly) valuations and diary management. Provide review and valuation documentation in relation to client reviews and deal with any changes to the portfolio and/or client circumstances. Diary management for Advisers. Ensure all documentation is scanned to paperless system and all emails are saved to the client records. Liaise with external parties regarding any queries (insurance companies etc.). Manage own workload. Prepare meeting packs for advisers We are seeking those who have 1-3+ years experience working in a similar Financial Planning support role, with experience of working with Client Management systems such as Intelliflo / First. Any experience you have working with online platforms such as AEGON, Transact or AJ Bell would be to your advantage. If you have any further qualifications within Financial Advice / Planning or working towards your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice, this would also be to your advantage. This role is for a 9-Month Maternity cover contract.

We urgently are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to be working from the Harrogate offices, specifically providing assistance to the Financial Planners of the business on reviewing, analysing and preparing compliant plans for client which verify any recommendations made and that are in line with the companies Investment philosophy. Specifically you'll: Prepare fully compliant reports for Financial Planners clients Carry out all Fund purchases in line with company procedures Conduct Annual reviews in accordance with SLA's Create and maintain a "Best Product" panel to be used in the recommendation process Create and maintain the Report Writing / Standard wording libraries Participate in regular one to one's with clients Maintaining Regulatory and Compliance at all times We are ideally seeking a candidate who is either FPC or Level 4 Diploma qualified (or very close to qualification) with around 2-3+ years extensive experience of Paraplanning, both Research and Report Writing. We are urgently seeking an IFA Administrator to join the existing Administrative teams, generally you would be responsible for supporting both the Directors and the Advisers of the company in day-to-day Administrative tasks, which will include direct contact with clients, 3rd parties and internal stakeholders. Specifically you will process and monitor all new business applications for both Directors and Financial Advisors liaising with clients and product providers, you will maintain a strict diary system for all cases submitted and provide regular updates on cases and their development, ensure that all files are compliant, provide support to Directors and Advisors with regards to client valuations, key client reviews, collation / completion of all required documentation, meeting preparation, general servicing inquiries including policy and contract alterations, co-ordination of promotions and client mailers, document scanning and taking calls from both product providers and clients. We would ideally be seeking someone with 1-3 years experience working within an Administrative role within a Financial Advisory or Financial Services firm. Ideally you will have an understanding of investments pensions, life assurance, permanent health insurance and/or personal tax as well as working knowledge of the systems used within the business Fusion, Enable, Transact (or similar) and knowledge of platforms such as Quilter & Standard Life as well as others. You should have strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office. You'll be educated to a minimum of GCSE with good grades in English & Maths. It would be to your advantage if you have any further qualifications, such as working towards a Diploma in Financial Planning or a desire to do so, although this isn't spoecifically necessary.

We urgently require a Paraplanner / Trainee Paraplanner to join an existing team supporting the Financial Advisers of the business to both research new products and also writing detailed technical compliant suitability reports for clients. The main purpose of the role is: To provide a highly technical service to our team of advisers in order to provide the clients with a positive professional experience. To provide report writing support including the production of suitability reports for reviews and new business based on client needs. To assist the Paraplanning Manager to log incoming projects and to maintain up to date report templates. The significant majority of reports you will be involved with will be for High Net Worth/complex client situations. Your day to day responsibilities will include: Assist with the provision of fully compliant, accurate, potentially complex reports which will include analysis, detailed research of funds and providers and product recommendations for presentation to clients. Assist with research for Asset Allocation on clients existing portfolios, quantifying and analysing clients existing investments. Assist with obtaining valuations, quotations and supporting application documentation. Provide all advice within a strict ethical and compliance framework under guidance from the Compliance Manager and internal policy and procedures.
