You will work both in the workshop and in the field, diagnose faults, and ensure high-quality repairs. Excellent customer service and accurate admin, including warranty paperwork, are required. The ideal candidate has completed an engineering apprenticeship or holds qualifications for servicing agricultural machinery and has experience in the sector.

What you'll be doing: Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of agricultural machinery. Working both in our workshop and out in the field to support customer needs. Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to the highest standards. Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong working relationships. Completing all relevant administration including warranty paperwork and job cards. We're looking for someone who: Has completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship and/or holds certified qualifications in the servicing and repair of agricultural machinery. Has previous experience in the agricultural machinery sector. Is a proactive team player who can also work independently. Can handle pressure and manage deadlines.
