Your role is to drive revenue selling to English primary, secondary, and multi-academy trusts. To enable this, you will receive a regular flow of inbound leads through our go-to-market channels but we also expect you to prospect daily to engage the wider schools market and ensure we continue to expand our support to as many students as possible. About Third Space Learning Our mission is to close the attainment gap by ensuring every student is able to access great quality tutoring to help them succeed in, and love, their learning. Tutoring is one of the most effective ways to improve a student's attainment and confidence but for too long, tutoring has been the preserve of a fortunate minority due to access and cost. AI tutoring transforms access and cost - allowing infinitely scalable high-quality education for all. Third Space Learning works in partnership with schools to provide curriculum-aligned programs of one-to-one spoken AI maths tutoring to the students who need it most - significantly reducing the cost of providing tutoring by up to 95% - whilst increasing access to all students who require support. We are one of the first movers in the AI tutoring market and are building the most evidenced AI tutoring solution that will change students' lives. The scale of the problem we seek to solve is significant; there are 11 million disadvantaged students in the US, 1.7 million disadvantaged students in the UK, and hundreds of millions more in global markets. Responsibilities Taking full ownership of your pipeline, managing the end-to-end sales cycle Exceeding activity, prospecting, conversion, and revenue goals Developing the sales pipeline in order to acquire new customers Improving our key metrics; pitch to rate, conversion rate, average sale value, average contract length Maintaining a tight feedback loop with the wider team, actively suggesting product improvements to strengthen our market position Ensuring meticulous usage of our key tools. Currently the TSL platform, Salesforce (CRM), Reply (sales automation tool), Aircall, Google Sheets, Gmail, Zoom Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within your territory Becoming an authority on Third Space Learning Gaining an in depth knowledge of the sector and competition Professionally representing Third Space Learning to its customer base Attending national events to drive leads generation and boost brand visibility As we grow, delivering training and helping to onboard new members of the team Qualifications 3-5+ years experience selling to English state schools (or in the edtech sector) Track record of exceeding quotas of £400k+ per year Experience generating pipeline (someone who has worked as an SDR at some point or pipeline generating AE would be a great fit) An excellent communicator Ability to build rapport over the phone and in person A tenacious attitude with a drive to succeed Energy and creativity: positivity and enthusiasm are at the core of our sales team Excellent time management and organisation Adaptable and motivated by the pace of a rapidly evolving scale-up environment Clear passion for our mission and an eagerness to make your mark Drive to find new solutions and keen to explore prospecting in new ways London based (we expect 2+ days in the office per week to spend time together as a team) Benefits £40,000-£50,000 base salary per annum (OTE £75,000-£90,000+) Generous high % uncapped commission scheme Opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing AI education businesses in the UK Choose your own equipment - Mac or Windows Flexibility to work from home several days a week Work with an ambitious team who are passionate about growing the business and having a positive social impact on the world A role with immediate responsibility and an established go-to-market motion that we want you to help take to the next level 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with annual holiday increasing with each year of employment (up to a maximum of 5 additional loyalty days) Opt-in private healthcare scheme Opt-in private dental scheme
