Part-Time Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership Three days per week Fixed-term maternity cover Birmingham city centre 35,000 pro rata Our client is established creative firm is seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support its senior leadership team on a maternity cover contract. Based in beautiful Birmingham city-centre offices, this is a varied and visible role within a fast-paced environment. You will manage the needs of several senior stakeholders, balance competing priorities and adapt quickly as business requirements change. This busy and hugely varied role will entail a variety of responsibilities: Managing diaries, appointments and travel arrangements for senior leaders Anticipating diary conflicts and resolving them proactively Coordinating board, remuneration, strategic and operational meetings Preparing and circulating agendas, board papers and supporting documents Taking accurate minutes, recording actions and following up with those responsible Supporting the preparation of board papers and investor presentations Processing expenses and preparing business documents and correspondence Acting as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Drafting communications on behalf of senior leaders Coordinating leadership away days, training sessions, annual appraisals and company events Liaising with venues, suppliers, clients and external stakeholders Supporting projects, monitoring deadlines and tracking agreed actions Providing wider administrative and operational support when required Applicants must have previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrative position. You will have supported and managed multiple senior stakeholders and have excellent organisation and time-management skills. The ability to manage competing priorities is key to this role as is the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality. They need an EA who can operate at deal pace, not office pace.
