We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Construction Site Supervisor to work on our project in the Highgate area of Haringey. From day one you'll be employed by Kori Construction and working on a live construction site, gaining practical experience in site supervision and contract delivery. You'll work closely with a Contracts Manager, Project Manager and Site Managers to support the safe, efficient and compliant running of our operations on site. You will be working with a strong team of highly knowledgeable individuals to develop your skillset and progress your career. Most of your apprenticeship will be spent working. You'll learn on the job by getting hands on experience, as well as attending training sessions that follows a blended learning module, delivered primarily on the job during working hours. A structured learning and assessment plan will ensure progress is regularly evaluated by the Training Provider throughout the course. This is a level 4 apprenticeship and will typically take 36 months to complete and thisis a great opportunity to earn while you learn, with on the job training and the possibility of progression within the company. Duties Supervision of specialist contractors The control of health and safety standards on construction projects Recording, controlling and reporting on progress on a construction project The minimisation of the environmental impact of construction projects Control of quality of works on a construction project Managing orders and deliveries of building materials Complete site reports and other records Assisting commercial colleagues with the monitoring of costs on a construction project Personnel management, engagement and coordination Minimum Criteria You must be aged 18 or over Not be in full-time education Have the right to work in the UK Passionate about construction Strong communication and interpersonal skills IT literacy, including use of computers and handheld devices Ideally GCSE English and Maths Grade 3 or above, however Level 1 in English and Maths can be achieved during the apprenticeship Desirable criteria Not specified Additional information Not specified How to apply Please submit your up to date CV on here or contact your Advisor.
