This role is suitable for a driver who is able to cover cleaning work across various locations in Basildon. You need to be hardworking, have a good understanding of health and safety and cleaning products. If you are able to work independently and to a set schedule in a limited timeslot then this role is ideal for you. The client is happy to consider a candidate who will work 4hrs or 8hrs a day. Benefits: Monthly pay Free parking and petrol card provided Cleaning products and appliances provided Access to staff pension contributions 28 days annual leave Job Responsibilities To ensure indoor and communal areas are always clean and tidy Reporting and hazardous areas to your line manager immediately Looking after key designated areas and ensuring you fill out any noticeable damages on the reporting sheet Be proactive and ensure that you order necessary products before stock is low To record and take pictures on a bespoke reporting tablet Reporting incidents and anti-social behaviour, supporting contractors on-site Working to a schedule of properties/blocks that will need visiting Requirements Cleaning experience Be willing to work across one or many sites so there is driving involved Part time or full time availability Enhanced DBS is a requirement If you are interested, please apply to this role for immediate consideration.
