You'll balance ongoing retainer work with building new sites collaborating closely with designers, account managers, and other developers. What we're looking for Problem-solver: You proactively diagnose issues, unblock yourself, and propose practical, well reasoned solutions. Strong communicator: You explain trade-offs clearly, suggest alternatives, and keep other team members in the loop. Thorough tester & finisher: You test your own work rigorously and hand over cleanly to clients and teammates (docs, walkthroughs, and checklists).
