Full Time Position Immediate to 1 month hire timeframe Your day-to-day - We do what others say can't be done Develop innovative concepts and implement comprehensive IAM implementations Deliver high-quality solutions per specifications with minimal supervision Manage the administration, governance, compliance and maintenance of IAM systems and processes Lead complex enterprise-scale Identity Management and related projects Capacity plan: determine future needs and investigate new products and features to support new growth, acquisitions and divestitures. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with information technology professionals, senior management, auditors and vendors Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to break down and solve complex problems Excellent judgment and decision-making skills which enable you to juggle several priorities while continuing to meet deadlines Guide and mentor junior team members Willingness to learn and develop skills in Information Security services Expert level experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, O365, Federated Authentication, Key and Certificate management, Single Sign-on and Privileged Access Management Expert level technical knowledge of identity and access management lifecycle with experience in design, implementation and management of enterprise-wide Identity and Access management systems Infrastructure Expertise: Windows Server, Unix/Linux, DNS, DHCP, MFA Cloud Expertise: Microsoft Azure, AWS and Oracle OCI Project Management skills, including the ability to create scope documents, project plans, and budgets Prior experience of working in complex project/program environments Experience in working collaboratively with global technical teams to deliver effective client outcomes Ability to identify and implement automation of the various existing manual processes via scripting, integration and workflows Analytical approach with very strong problem-solving skills Excellent standards of documentation with a high level of expertise in strategic planning Excellent oral and written communication skills to create detailed diagrams, procedures, presentations and knowledgebase articles Provide professional and positive approach in building relationships with IT and business leadership This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
