Hours: 4 on 4 off days and nights About the Role Scheduling Coordination Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage across shifts and departments. Adjust schedules dynamically in response to operational needs or incidents. Security Operations Oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Liaise with mobile patrol supervisors to monitor access control, surveillance, and incident reporting. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track key metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify trends. Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational efficiency, incident frequency, and security status. Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations and security. Requirements Proven experience in operational control, incident management, scheduling, or security coordination. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with scheduling software, incident management platforms, and security systems. SIA Licence required. Must be prepared to undertake FREC 3 and EUSR water hygiene training. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

About the Role Respond promptly and professionally to telephone and email enquiries from colleagues and customers, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times. Collaborate closely with the Control Room Team to maintain consistent, transparent, and ongoing communication regarding daily operations and service updates. Monitor and manage the employee tracking and scheduling system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Compile and deliver accurate reports on incidents and operational events, sharing insights with both management and clients as required. Complete all necessary documentation efficiently, escalating issues appropriately and in a timely manner when needed. Liaise effectively with all departments across the organisation to support seamless operations and cross-functional coordination. Utilise FRG systems proficiently to carry out daily tasks and contribute to the smooth running of control room operations. Requirements Must be able to provide a full 5-year employment and/or education history, including addresses and landline contact details for verification purposes. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency. Punctual, reliable, and adaptable, with a professional appearance and a proactive attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and customers. Demonstrates sound judgement, integrity, and a professional demeanour in all situations. Desirable Skills & Experience CCTV Licence. Previous experience working in a Control Room environment. Background in administration or customer service roles. Experience within the security industry is a strong advantage.
